The gang all trooped to the Araneta Coliseum last Friday to catch the
Sonic Flood concert. The guys who sang
"I can sing of your love forever" and "Heart of Worship" and
"Open the eyes of my heart Lord" went all out to get the believers in the crowd rocking and jumping.
They also took time out to pray for t
hose who went to the front after the lead singer, Rick Heil, gave his testimony of being healed of a "heart of stone" and then of crohn's disease (a very painful, debilitating disease of the stomach).
Mae Young, Cam Basa, Carol Roa and her son, Philip, friend Misha, my sister Sharon, Tingting and her nephew, Mark and wife, Hazel all joined us as we were blessed with sponsors seats in the front. I was hard of hearing after the concert but my heart was overflowing.
We also invited the whole staff of Salt and Light and Inspire to come along. It was a great night for singing along in praise and worship. Congratulations to Ovation Productions (thanks Bogie!) and to Sonic Flood, of course. See you all at the Katinas concert this November to be coproduced by Salt & Light Foundation, Becca Music/Praise Inc and Shepherd's Voice.
